A significant proportion of our patients come from out-of-area cities throughout Southern California: Los Angeles metropolitan area, the Westside, Orange County, and Inland Empire.  

To accommodate, we offer remote access and telemedicine office visits.  We arrange for exchange of documents, lab orders, forms etc. through patient portal.  

If You live outside of California

At this time, we are set up to assist patients whose primary residence is California.  Out of state patients with regular visits to California can continue to see our clinicians, if special arrangements can be made with our office.

Planning Tips

We are located in the eastern part of L.A. area, near the junction of 210 and 57 freeways.  10 freeway is just a few minutes south via the 57.  If you are coming from Orange County, 57 and 605 are primary access.   Coming from Pasadena and the west side, we are closer to the foothills, near the 210, but 10 and 60 are main corridors that connect to our area.

If you are travelling by air, we are closest to Ontario International Airport (ONT), John Wayne in Orange County (SNA), and Burbank. 

Coming from the westside, if you want to avoid congested freeway, we are close to the Foothill Gold Line San Dimas Station – part of the future at-grade light rail station in the Los Angeles Metro Rail system.
